K&L Animal Rescue, Inc. appreciates the generosity and support of its donors. This policy aims to clarify the terms related to monetary donations made to our organization through our website klrescue.org or other means, considering our pending status as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization.

We gratefully accept monetary donations to support our mission. Donations can be made through our website or by contacting us directly. We are a 501(c)3 nonprofit.  EIN 99-0535566

3. Refund Policy

While we appreciate every donation, we understand that there may be exceptional circumstances that necessitate a refund request. Our general policy is that donations are nonrefundable. However, we will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

To request a refund, please contact us at support@klrescue.org or 619-324-3271 within 7 days of the donation date. Provide your name, the amount donated, the date of the donation, and the reason for requesting a refund. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests at our discretion.
